BluClr is a digital platform that connects employers directly with blue-collar and skilled workers. Electricians, plumbers, painters, welders, fabrication workers, helpers, security guards, sales workers, technicians, drivers, construction workers, maintenance workers, and many other skilled trades.
Across India, skilled work is everywhere: a factory that needs a welder this week, a housing site that needs painters, a workshop looking for a fabricator, a business that needs a driver or a security guard. And there are millions of skilled workers looking for exactly that work.
The gap between the two has usually been filled by intermediaries, informal referrals and phone chains. It works, but slowly, and often at a cost to the worker. BluClr exists to close that gap directly.

BluClr is designed so that employers and workers connect directly, without brokerage or commission being charged on worker wages. A worker's earnings belong to the worker.
The principles behind the platform
Fairness to workers
A skilled worker should keep what they earn. BluClr does not take brokerage or commission out of the wages agreed between an employer and a worker.
Directness
The clearest conversation is the one between the two people involved. We build for direct contact rather than layers in between.
Simplicity
Our users are often on site, on the road, or between jobs. The app has to work on a phone, in a few taps, without training.
One place for many trades
Rather than a separate channel for every trade, BluClr brings a wide range of worker categories together on one platform.
Respect for user data
We collect what the platform needs to work and explain it plainly in our Privacy Policy. Users can request deletion of their account and data.
Honesty about our role
BluClr connects employers and workers. We are clear about what the platform does, and about what remains the decision of the two parties.
What BluClr is, and what it is not
We would rather be plain about this than let expectations drift.
- BluClr is a platform that enables employers and workers to find and contact each other.
- BluClr is not the employer of the workers listed on the platform, and does not become a party to the arrangements users make between themselves.
- BluClr does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, worker availability or work quality. Those depend on the users involved.
- Wages and terms are agreed directly between the employer and the worker. BluClr does not charge brokerage or commission on those wages.
- Verification is a shared responsibility. We encourage both sides to satisfy themselves about the other before committing to work.
