From opening the app to agreeing the work, here is what actually happens.
More for employers- Create your accountDownload the app and register with your phone number. You confirm the number with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. There are no long forms to fill in.
- Tell us what you needChoose the worker category you are looking for: electrician, welder, driver, security guard, and so on, together with the location you need them in.
- Review suitable workersLook through the workers who match. Their profiles show the skills, experience and work preferences they have shared.
- Connect directlyReach out through the platform and speak with the workers you shortlist.
- Discuss and decideScope of work, timing, duration and wages are discussed between you and the worker. You make your own hiring decision.
- Get the work movingThe arrangement is directly between you and the worker, with no brokerage charged on their wages.
- Create your accountDownload the app and register with your phone number, confirmed by a one-time password (OTP).
- Build your profileAdd your name and the trade you work in: electrician, painter, fabricator, helper, and so on.

OTP sign-in
Accounts are created and accessed using a phone number confirmed by a one-time password. There is no password to remember or lose.
Skill-first search
Employers search by the skill category they need, so the results reflect the job rather than a general listing.
Direct contact
Once a connection is made, the conversation is between the employer and the worker, not routed through an agent.
Zero brokerage
No brokerage or commission is charged on the wages the two sides agree between themselves.
Common questions
Does BluClr employ the workers?
No. BluClr is a platform that connects employers and workers. Any engagement is agreed directly between them. See our Terms & Conditions.
Who decides the wages?
The employer and the worker do, between themselves. BluClr does not set wages and does not take brokerage or commission from them.
What do I need to sign up?
A phone number you can receive an SMS on, so you can confirm the one-time password. Workers then add their skills, experience and work preferences.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. See Account & Data Deletion for how to delete your account and request removal of your information.
